Completing the “Mental Health in the Workplace” seminar with OSH facilitator Jhay was enlightening for our team. Throughout the session, we explored the crucial link between mental well-being and workplace productivity. Jhay emphasized the pivotal role of safety officers in creating a supportive culture that recognizes and addresses mental health concerns among employees. By implementing proactive measures and fostering open dialogue, safety officers can significantly contribute to promoting mental wellness within the workplace.
